Last Updated: May 20, 2026. Review our standard terms governing custom rating engine licensing, actuarial Excel-to-JSON code intellectual property, system integration SLAs, and API dependency disclaimers.
These B2B Terms of Use govern all access and utilization of the custom rating software engines, CRM integrations, agency management system (AMS) bridges, digital portals, and technological advisory architectures developed by Voiie, Inc. ("Voiie", "we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all client licensees, agents, underwriters, and administrators operating our custom integrations.
Voiie retains all right, title, and interest in and to our proprietary software acceleration libraries, pre-built API connectors, AL3 parsing scripts, and underlying cloud infrastructure codebases.
Upon successful deployment and execution of a custom master service agreement (MSA), Voiie grants the client a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licensing permit to execute the custom rating engine, CRM/AMS integrations, or customer self-service portals in production. Client actuarial formulas, rating sheet matrices, and private policyholder databases remain the absolute, exclusive property of the client.
Voiie builds highly resilient cloud engines. For environments fully hosted on our secure, isolated VPC networks, we target a 99.9% uptime SLA, excluding scheduled monthly maintenance routines.
API Disclaimers: Our integration engines depend on third-party carrier interfaces, Applied Epic SDK hooks, Vertafore APIs, and external public data registries. Voiie is not responsible for computational delays, database interruptions, or transaction failures resulting from outages, modifications, or service suspensions in these third-party endpoints.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all data inputs routed through our rating engines, quote widgets, or ETL pipelines are free of malicious payloads, trojans, or cross-site scripting vulnerabilities. Clients must ensure that all commercial loss-runs, agency credentials, and personal policyholder records uploaded to our dashboards satisfy all regulatory compliance parameters (such as TCPA, NYDFS Part 500, and state underwriting limits).
In no event shall Voiie, Inc. or our subcontractors be held liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of written premiums, actuarial errors, agency system downtime, or carrier binder overruns) arising out of the utilization or inability to access our integration pipelines. Our total aggregate liability under any contract shall be capped at the total amount paid by the client to Voiie during the six (6) months prior to the incident.
